How to Order
We offer several convenient methods for ordering our products.

Purchase Order or Credit Card Number must be provided at the time of the order for us to process the order. If you are placing the order with a credit card, your credit card will be charged prior to the product shipment.
- Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. When paying by credit card, the account number, name on the card, expiration data, and security code information is required.
- Credit Card Information Security
Your card information will be saved on your profile to make ordering easier. For security reasons, we will only display the last four digits of any stored credit card.
You can edit your credit card information at “My Account” on the web site.

Online Order Process
There will be 3 steps in the online ordering process (1. Your Shopping Cart => 2. Account Information => 3. Order Summery). There is no order confirmation step in the online ordering, and once you click the “Place Your Order” on the Account Information step, your order will be process.
After the submission of the order, automatically generated email confirmation will be send to notify that your order was received. Once your order is processed, we will send you a second email including the following information;
- Your Order Number
- Order Summary: (Ordered Product, Product Quantity)
- Shipping Date
- Total Cost of the Order (Including delivery rates)
To check on the status of your order or have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please call our Customer Service.
The invoice will be mailed to the billing address specified on your order. If you would prefer to receive your invoice via email, please select “e-mail” on Account Information page for online order.
If you are placing an order through other methods, please indicate that you wish to receive the invoice via e-mail on your purchase order.
If order was placed using purchase order, our payment terms is Net 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Sales Tax and Tax Exemption
Sales taxes are collected on all of the orders shipped to California, Indiana, and Maryland according to the sales tax rate set by the state unless tax exemption information (Tax Exemption Certificate, and Number) is provided at the time of the order.
You may email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (301)987-2687 a copy of your certificate.
Invoices will reflect sales tax (if collected for that state) until the certificate copy is received.
For states other than Indiana, Maryland, and Wisconsin, it is customer’s responsibility to file the sales tax.
When the ordered products are in stock, the product is shipped via overnight delivery service according to the following schedule.
- Orders received by 2:00pm EST on Monday to Thursday are shipped on the same day.
- Orders received after 2:00pm EST on Monday to Wednesday are shipped on the following day.
- Orders received after 2:00pm EST on Thursday and all of Friday are shipped on the next Monday.
- We may arrange to appropriate shipping date based on holiday.
If the ordered products is out of stock at our US office, it can take 10 to 14 days for the product to ship. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service.
Our products are shipped from our Maryland office in Rockville, MD.
To ensure the quality of our products, all of our products are shipped via overnight services.
For Ambient shipping condition product, the shipping and handling fee will be $35.00.
For Blue Ice shipping condition product, the shipping and handling fee will be $45.00.
