細胞傷害性を確認する際、生細胞のみ又は死細胞のみを指標とした評価では、データの信頼性が十分でない場合もあることから、測定原理の異なる複数の指標で評価することで実験の裏付けを行うケースが増えています。
本キットは、それぞれ指標となるCell Counting Kit-8（CCK-8）と Cytotoxicity LDH Assay Kit-WST（LDH Assay Kit）がセットになった製品です。
