HiLyte Fluor Labeling Kits

- Quick: only 1 hour to get conjugates
- Easy: all processes in a single filtration tube
- Reliable: high recovery of conjugates
- Efficient: applicable for 100 µg IgG

Fluorophore labeling is widely used for highly sensitive detections, such as cell visualization, molecule tracing, cell or tissue staining, assay development and so on. Dojindo's HiLyte Fluor Labeling Kits allow simple and rapid labeling of fluorphore to target molecules. The conjugate prepared by these kits can be directly used for many kinds of assays.

Quick and Easy Labeling
HiLyte Fluor Labeling Kits are ready-to-use kits for red, blue, and green-color fluorescent HiLyte Fluor dyes labeling of proteins. All processes, including preparation of antibody, labeling reaction, and purification can be performed in a single filtration tube. The total time it takes to prepare a conjugate is 1 hour.

High Recovery
The filtration tube purification method yields higher protein recovery rate than gel permeation and dialysis, thus it is suitable for the use when only a limited amount of antibody is available. HiLyte Fluor Labeling Kits are for labeling of 50-200 µg antibodies.

HiLyte Fluor Fyes for Protein Labeling
HiLyte Fluors are developed by AnaSpec, Inc. in the US, and suitable for protein labeling due to its high photostability, water-solubility, and strong fluorescence intensity of the conjugates. Each vial of the HiLyte Fluor dye can prepare a labeled IgG with five to six HiLyte Fluor molecules.

Two Methods for Labeling
HiLyte Fluor Labeling Kits have two kit types: one is the NH2 fype for labeling via amino groups of the target, and the other is the SH type for labeling via sulfhydryl groups. The NH2 type includes an activated HiLyte Fluor with a N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester, which can easily make a covalent bond with an amino group of the target molecule without any activation process. The SH type includes an activated HiLyte Fluor with a maleimide group, which reacts with SH groups. A reducing agent in this kit is used for preparation of reduced IgG which has SH groups.

Phycobiliprotein Labeling Kits

- Quick: only 3 hours to get conjugates
- Easy: all processes in a single filtration tube
- Reliable: high recovery of conjugates
- Efficient: applicable for 100 µg IgG

Phycobiliproteins are fluorescent proteins derived from cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae. Phycoerythrin (PE) and allophycocyanin (APC) are two of the phycobiliproteins, and PE and APC have fluorescence at around 575 nm and 660 nm, repsectively. Phycobiliprotein Labeling Kits are for simple and rapid labeling of PE and APC to a target protein.

Quick and Easy Labeling
Phycobiliprotein Labeling Kits include activated PE or activated APC, and filtration tubes for labeling of antibodies. All processes, including preparation of antibody, labeling reaction, and buffer exchange can be performed using a single filtration tube. The total time it takes to prepare a conjugate is 3 hours.

High Recovery
The filtration tube purification method yields higher protein recovery rate than gel permeation and dialysis, thus it is suitable for the use when only a limited amount of antibody is available. Phycobiliprotein Labeling Kits are for labeling of 100 µg antibodies.

High Fluorescence Intensity
The fluorescence of phycobiliprotein is much higher than chemical fluorescent probes such as fluorescein and rhodamine. Because of this high fluorescence, phycobiliprotein labeled antibodies and other molecules can give greater sensitivity in flow cytometry and immunoblotting/immunostaining.

Two Methods for Labeling
Phycobiliprotein Labeling Kits have two kit types: one is the NH2 fype for labeling via amino groups of the target, and the other is the SH type for labeling via sulfhydryl groups. The NH2 type includes an activated PE or APC with a N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester, which can easily make a covalent bond with an amino group of the target molecule without any activation process. The SH type includes an activated PE or APC with a maleimide group, which reacts with SH groups. A reducing agent in this kit is used for preparation of reduced IgG which has SH groups.

Biotin Labeling Kits

- Quick: only 1 hour to get conjugates
- Easy: all processes in a single filtration tube
- Reliable: high recovery of conjugates
- Efficient: applicable for 50-200 µg IgG

Biotin-avidin method is widely used for enzyme immunoassay, blotting, and tissue staining because of its high sensitivity. Dojindo's Biotin Labeling Kits allow simple and rapid labeling of biotin to target molecules. The conjugate prepared by these kits can be directly used for many kinds of assays.

Quick and Easy Labeling
Biotin Labeling Kits are ready-to-use kit for biotin labeling of proteins. All processes, including preparation of antibody, labeling reaction, and purification can be performed using a single filtration tube. The total time it takes to prepare a conjugate is 1 hour.

High Recovery
The filtration tube purification method yields higher protein recovery rate than gel permeation and dialysis, thus it is suitable for the use when only a limited amount of antibody is available. Biotin Labeling Kits are for labeling of 50-200 µg antibodies.

Two Methods for Labeling
Biotin Labeling Kits have two kit types: one is the NH2 fype for labeling via amino groups of the target, and the other is the SH type for labeling via sulfhydryl groups. The NH2 type includes an activated biotin with a N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester, which can easily make a covalent bond with an amino group of the target molecule without any activation process. The SH type includes an activated biotin with a maleimide group, which reacts with SH groups. A reducing agent in this kit is used for preparation of reduced IgG which has SH groups.

Biotin for Protein Labeling
The NH2-reactive biotin has a longer spacer between the biotin and NHS, thus the binding ability of streptavidin with a conjugateed biotin molecule is almost identical to that of a free biotin molecule.
