Shipping, Sales Terms and Prices
We will ship our products within 24 hours after receiving the order, when possible. The shipment of dry ice / blue ice required products over a weekend is an exception. Usually, unstable products at room temperature will be shipped with dry ice or blue ice. Sales terms are offered upon your request. For credit card orders, we accept Visa and Master Card. The product price does not include shipping and handling fees. Please inquire about shipping and handling fees. Prices are subjected to change without notice.

Returns
Because of the nature of our products, Dojindo is not able to routinely accept returns. If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer service at info@dojindo.com or 1-877-987-2667 first.
