How to Place an Order (for International Orders)

How to Request Quotation
Please note that the Product Prices on this web site are valid only in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
For other countries, please send a quotation form by fax (+81-3-3578-9650) or online quotation form including the following information:

Your phone, fax, e-mail, and mailing address
Dojindo product code and product name
Quantity and unit of the product

Placing an Order
You can place an order with us by fax or postal mail. To expedite your order, please provide the following information:

Purchase order number and date
Your name, phone, and fax number
Shipping and billing addresses
Dojindo product code and product name
Quantity and unit of the product

Bulk Order / Special Order
For the list of bulk chemicals, please see Bulk Offers. We will provide a quotation at your request. Requests of custom syntheses are also welcome. Please see Customer Service for detailed information.

Shipping, Sales Terms and Prices
We will ship our products within 24 hours after receiving the order, when possible. The shipment of dry ice / blue ice required products over a weekend is an exception. Usually, unstable products at room temperature will be shipped with dry ice or blue ice. Sales terms are offered upon your request. The price does not include the shipping fee. Please inquire about the shipping fee. You will be notified of the total payment amount of your purchase order including the shipping fee. Prices are subjected to change without notice.

Payment for Orders
You may remit payment for your international orders either by check or a wire. Please note that all payments should be made in the currency of the invoice. All payments should be paid to Dojindo within 30 days. However, we reserve the right to request advance payment in certain cases. Wire transfer charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Credit Card Order
Dojindo accepts Visa and MasterCard orders. We will send an application form for credit card payment by fax. Please fill out the form and send it back by fax.

Returns
Because of the nature of our products, Dojindo is not able to routinely accept returns. If you would like to return the product, please contact customer service at info@dojindo.co.jp or fax +81-3-3578-9650 first. Charges may be assessed for the cost of the quality check and repackaging process.
