Q: How can I place an order? 
A: If you are located in the United States, you can place an order with Dojindo by phone, online, and fax.

Q: Can I use a purchase order number to place an order?
A: If this is the first time your company is placing an order with us, we require three credit references or credit card payment to establish an account with Dojindo. 

Q: Do you accept  American Express?
A: No, we only accept Visa or MasterCard for our credit card payment.

Q: Can I get a price quotation for a bulk quantity order?
A: Yes, if you are located in the United States, please contact us at (301) 987-2667.

Q: What is Dojindo's return policy?

Q: How long does it take for a product to be delivered? 
A: All of our shipments are shipped via FedEx priority or FedEx Ground for overnight delivery unless requested by the customer. We will ship on the same day if the product is in stock and the order is received by 3:00pm East standard time. If the product is on a back order, it usually ships within 5 to 10 days from the date of order. Please check with the representative when placing your order.
