- The
organizational structure at Dojindo Laboratories
is undergoing a change from a conventional, tree-style
structure to an organic, rhizome style in which
greater levels of interactions among company staff
is achieved. Dojindo Laboratories strongly believes
that customer responsive products can only be generated
through continuous interaction among staff across
all working groups.
This
new organizational structure reflects the commitment
of the company to offer a vibrant working environment
, one that fully supports the latest in office automation
technology. With this new corporate structure in place,
Dojindo Laboratories now encompasses two other associated
companies, Dojin East, and Dojin Glocal Corporation,
both responding to customer needs in a systematic and
efficient manner.
The
R&D department at Dojindo Laboratories is manned
by key staff with doctoral qualifications in the fields
of science, engineering, and pharmaceutical. R&D
staff promote and sustain the challenge to develop new
reagents, sometimes expanding their efforts to include
cooperative research activities with other organizations
at work in similar fields of endeavor.
Dojindo
products are born from know -how which has been accumulated
through an extended period of product development experience.
In its production processes, the company utilizes the
latest manufacturing technologies. The use of these
technologies, including an automated production line
approach, allows Dojindo Laboratories to provide its
customers with high quality stable products whether
