Sopachem is an ISO9002 certified (since March '95) distributor of instruments and reagents for different type of laboratories.

Sopachem has offers in Brussels (Belgium) and Luntern (The Netherlands). Sopachem NV started in 1971 with the distribution of BioRad. Next to that Sopachem distributed Analytichem (Varina Sample Prep. products) and USB (Amersham).

At this moment the most important products are:

• Dojindo: Reagents for Biochemistry and Analytical Chemistry

For more than 10 years Sopachem was part of Rutgerswercke A.G. With the name SoparBiochem there was at that time not only distribution but also R&D and production (diagnositec kits). When Rutgers decided to go back to core business the name was changed in Sopachem.

R&D and production were stopped and Sopachem became once again just distributor. End 1996 Sopachem became independent and moved to the new facilities at:
